Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Hotel Lovely new hotel just a bit out of the city itself. The transportation around Amsterdam makes the hotel easy to reach from Central Station. Very warm welcome at the hotel and staff very friendly, we had an issue with the fridge (warming things up) mentioned it in the morning by the time we returned later in the day it had been fixed. My only disappointment was the size of the room, for a Holiday Inn it's a little on the small side (more Holiday Inn Express sized) and we weren't offered an upgrade as a Platinum IHG rewards member. If we return to Amsterdam I would certainly consider this hotel again. February 17, 2015

I highly recommend for anybody going to central Amsterdam to stay here and just hop onto the 15 mins train journey into Town. The Holiday In is so much cheaper and so much better than all those hotels in Amsterdam City Center. February 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brief stay near Schipol Airport The Holiday Inn Arena Towers is a breath of fresh air to this frequent traveller. Friendly and attentive staff at the front desk and restaurant/bar made me feel welcome right away, and the decor in the hotel is certainly an improvement from most hotels. As a Platinum, I was upgraded to an Executive Room, which was very tastefully appointed, comfortable to sleep and work in, and had an immense bathroom. This property is highly recommended if you are staying in the vicinity of Schipol Airport. February 7, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not up to expectations at all Stayed in business 2 days and 1 night for leisure reasons. No bedmatresses made the sleeping very unconfortable, no special pillows available despite promise. Moved to another hotel after 1 night.Would not recommend to others to stay if these things are not corrected first.Far from city centre and is not mentioned correctly in descriptuion clear enough.
