Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Hotel Stayed for 4 days prior to embarking on a cruise and found the Hotel to be fantastic, the location is right by the tram stop which gets you downtown and the harbour in minutes. The Pool area is great for relaxing and the gym has all the workout machines you need, the steam room and sauna are as you would expect in Turkey very good. Me and the wife both had massages and they were great especially the skin peel and soap massage very cheap as well compared to other massages we have had. Special thanks and recognition should go to the Rooms manager ( a lady cant remember her name ) for helping with the problem of the TV and also the assistant manager for again helping with the problem regarding the TV. Overall a great Hotel for a stay in Istanbul. July 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel Even though the hotel is out of town - it has easy access with the tram right on the doorstep. We were greeted and dealt with in a friendly, polite manner. Our room was upgraded - thank you. The lobby and public areas are really lovely - clean and well kept. Breakfast had a good variety. The staff were attentive and quick to bring tea and coffee. We had a great stay at this hotel and I would recommend it. June 30, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient, but As a gold IHG member, I expected better treatment than being put in the smallest room of the hotel. A gold member means having spent lots of nights and money in the hotel chain and expect to be treated accordingly. When I complained, the manager tried to provide us with a bigger room but the lack of communication across the staff resulted in us staying in the smallest room. Internet connection was another issue were you get connection but cannot access anything as the signal and strength are very low. Only on checking out that we discovered that we could have asked for a router. Restaurant staff on breakfast was very slow, we kept on asking for them to clean the empty plates off our table and to pour the coffee. The service was not acceptable. Saying that they were friendly.
