Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by old building The building is old and worn out. Our room window was worn out. Closed, it leaked so much air it sounded like a old steam heater. Which in turn ran the airconditioner constantly. Next day I took a roll of toilet paper and filled in majority of the openings around the window using half the roll. The beds were sagging. Didn't realize how dirty the bathroom floor was until I spilt some water on it and used the very white towel to clean it up and it turned brown. Visited the pool area and they do chlorinate, so much that it started to irratate my eyes. This hotel had events going on at the time of our stay, parking became a issue. Also just like all the hotels in the area they like to increase the price of the rooms due to peak season. August 1, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and convenient Hotel is convenient and clean. Staff was very nice. Only problem we had was that they had a band in the bar on Saturday night. We were on the 4th floor and it was very loud so a good night's sleep did not happen. If you book here, be sure to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. July 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but bad experience Everything, staff, facilities... about this hotel was great. - but - My wife became ill after dinner and although she is sensitive, the symptoms indicated some kind of food problem. We advised the staff for their information. Of course my wife could not sleep because she was ill and did not recover until late the next day. OK food problems can happen - we recognize this and that's why we reported it. Much to our amazement the hotel management called to "follow-up. She demonstrated a total lack of empathy or concern for my wife's experience. Well we'll leave it at that and will not return. July 24, 2015
