The only thing I saw that needed attention was the pool - it was pretty dirty (dead bugs and a couple of water bottle lids floating around). The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was really good. February 3, 2016

The restaurant needs better management -- a staffer from the front desk had to cover the bar and the restaurant - apparently someone didn't show up. This staffer did a great job -- just seemed like it was a bit much for one person to have to handle. Food was really good and a good value. Ready for the next trip. February 3, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, very poor restaurant service Stayed 3 days in mid-November 2015. While the room and front desk staff were fine, the food service for breakfast was very poor. We were attending a conference at the hotel, therefore it was much handier to have breakfast at the hotel. The first morning it took quite a while (10 - 15 minutes) to get waited on after we sat down and the food came out just a few minutes before we had to go. Since we had arrived ~ 50 minutes before our conference started, I thought that was plenty of time. The second morning we got there about 1 hour early and ordered after a short wait. We waited and waited and waited - something was said about the cook losing our order - again we had to inhale our food just to make it to our conference. 3rd time's a charm - right?? Wrong The third morning the wait was almost acceptable but my wifes order came out wrong and cold. There was no time left to remake the order so she just ate it. This meal was comped so there was an attempt at restitution. All in all, the front desk staff was fine, the room was fine but the food service was unacceptable. If we would have had 1 bad morning out of 3, I would have accepted it as someone having an "off" day. 3 out of 3 bad experiences - in a row - not someone having a bad day rather poor management of the food service. Because of this experience, I will try the hotel next door on my next stay in OKC. January 4, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay Friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Construction of roadway near hotel was slightly problematic in getting to the destination, but hotel was easily found. Area had food sources that would be within walking distance. Parking area lighting was good for safety. Lobby was well maintained and inviting. Thank you! December 14, 2015
