Nice condo but hated the carpet choice.

Great location and good view. Big family room and comfy beds. Front desk was friendly and quick. I liked the key bracelets.

Another great trip to the Oak n Spruce. New amenities were noticeable. Wrist bands, toilet paper embossed mark, improved sheets, Dove products & centralized trash/recycling.

I enjoyed my four-night stay in the Berkshires for many reasons. First,
I was able to do some writing without being disturbed. I then had time to visit notable Berkshire sites, eat out at a lovely French restaurant, buy goodies at a patisserie, and attend Sunday services at an historic meetingchurch in Lee, MA. I really enjoyed local residents at the fellowship time after church I also cooked in after making a trip to the local Big Y grocery. I had everything I needed in my unit to make my stay comfortable and restful. The activity center looked great, but I was out a lot so I didn't have much time to take advantage of it. I would like to come with family next time. They would love the pools, especially.
Would be better for a younger family with kids

Rooms were fine. Target patrons would be families with children. We were in a 3rd floor which would not be good for older people. Would need to request 1st floor or handicapped rooms. Not much in the immediate area though Stockbridge and Lenox are fairly short ride away

It is a beautiful location in the Berkshires, even though it rained most of the time over there, it was very relaxing! I am at a Holiday Inn club vacation owner, I was not able to book a room for this particular weekend. We had to pay cash for a room which turned out to be very expensive for us. But we did it anyway because it’s such a nice location.

My family and I went to check out the fall leaves and really enjoyed our stay. The accomadations were pleasant, the amenities were and added bonus, and the staff was all really friendly.
Terrible Stay. Do not book this hotel. We will not return to another "Vacation Club" property.

Do not stay here. We stayed in the two king bedroom suite and it was incredibly unclean. There was disgusting black mold or mildew on the shower head, around the widows, in the bathtub, and on the bathroom walls. It came off easily when wiped with a washcloth, so it’s obvious that no one even bothered to try to clean these things before we arrived. There were dead insects on all windowsills, gross gunk on bathroom floors, and the refrigerator was either rusty or dirty (probably both). There was brown stuff on walls and furniture. I felt dirty just standing in that room. The manager agreed that the situation was unacceptable and promptly moved us to a different room (she was lovely, but this issue was beyond what she could fix). The new room was somewhat cleaner, but still featured the black mold/mildew, dead bugs and plenty of live spiders. The mini golf course was similarly sad. This property clearly hasn’t been maintained and they can’t manage to keep it clean. It was a disgusting place to stay, especially with young kids who touch everything.

The area the resort is located in is beautiful, especially during the fall. The lady who helped us at front desk handed us a brilliant, personally made brochure of the area. Which was of great use to us since we went in with no plans, we were able to relax and go off of what she gave us. It was overall a fantastic and serene experience.
Great location for Berkshires activities

Was in the Berkshires to go biking and visit museums. Was a convenient location for everything. Two bedroom villa was perfect size for two of us, and reasonably priced midweek. We both agreed it would be a great location to get multiple villas and go with a bunch of friends.

It was a great location and everything was good except the odor in the room was very strong from the previous guest. It smelled like deep fried food that the previous guest cooked. I wish they can air out the room before the next guest check in. Also, the fire alarm went off for no reason while showering in the bathroom.

Not the HICV experience that members should receive. It's a deception and they do not inform you of additional cost for routine service, no Housekeeping, no washer/dryer in villa, cost for laundry supplies, $8 cost per bathroom to refresh towels and $8 charge for pool towel as they only provide 3 or 4 per 2 bedroom villa no matter how many guest are on the rsvp. Pool area small and infested with bees.
