Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mr not happy The room for a new location was not good at all black markes on the wall junk left in the closet. The table between the beds had a stain from a prior guest. first night i left it but the second night i clean house keeping never looked at it, i cleaned it myself. I stayed twice at this location i dont think they cleaned the halls at ALL. Friday night the floor was full of young guest yelling cursing door slamming i called down to desk nothing was done they finally slowed down ot about 1:30am.My company is taking this location off the preferred list. In all my travels this place was the worst 18 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by This staff could use some work My stay was great except for the front desk staff. The rooms were great as usual. This hotel was recently built and you could tell, everything still has the new feel to it. The front desk staff however is a bit on the lacking side. They were unavailable, I actually had to call the front desk at one point while standing there to get help, inattentive, and generally rude. I was also not recognized as a Platinum member upon check in and I had to ask to make sure that I was going to receive the welcome points to my account. 02 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by staff the only thing i have to say is when i checked in i told them i was a ihg member maybe it was because i dont have a lot of points right now but i was not greeted with ty for being a member or not given any welcome gifts like i have in the past bottle water and a snack,, the staff was very unsocial 21 January 2015
