we stayed at the hotel the night before a cruise. they offered a shuttle packege. was a decent price and i feel like i got exactly what i payed for.

The moldy smell hits you when you enter the room.
The maids who cleaned our room did a very good job!
It is not their fault.

After a long train ride, my husband and I arrived as wary travelers to the most comfortable bed with soft pillows and linens. My husband and I had the best sleep ever. He usually complains about bedding and bad pillows in hotels but he only had positive comments about our room.
We were delighted with the accomodations.

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE TABLE PLACEMENT IN THE ROOM WHICH WE CHANGED OUR STAY COULDN"T HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER.

The location is good with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I stayed in this hotel after reading raving reviews but was dissapointed with the cleanliness of the room. The rooms smelled musty and mildewy which triggered my allergies. The front desk was rude when I explained my concern and asked to be moved to a new room. I spoke to the manager the following morning who moved me to a new room but the musty smell was still present. I would not stay here again for the price. I was also not recognized as a IHG® Rewards Club Members.
