The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast choices were varied. I discovered the pancake machine and ate pancakes for 3 days! I do think the cost was a little high compared to other stays.

Can't Beat the Holiday inn, Always Reliable, always there for me.
I went on this trip on a whim, just got in the car and went, did not pack even a toothbrush but no worries, Holiday Inn Had Me Covered!

staff is friendly and attentive, decor is modern, many breakfast options, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfy. My only complaint... there is no courtyard or seating area outside. I didn't know that's how Express hotels are designed.

I was impressed by the professionalism and personality of Sara. She is such a people person and enjoys her job. She is a great employee and a wonderful representative of your hotel.

This 4 day experience was marred by two other guests rooms disturbing the second floor over 3 days.
Contacted front desk to address issue, they were unsuccessful. I approached the guests personally to get them to understand they are affecting others. On the 3rd call to the front desk, I told them if they did not get the other guests under control, I would sleep in my car in the parking lot.
They did offer to move me on the 2nd day, but I refused to have to pack up and move when I was not the problem.
Other than that, one of the best looking and equipped Holiday Inn properties I have stayed in, looks to be fresh off remodel and the new look shows very well.
