Every single staff member went above and beyond to fulfill every need or request we had. They showed loving compassion and a sincere desire to help in any way they could. The hotel is just beautiful, spotless clean comfortable rooms and a wonderful atmosphere all around. Mothers passing was a difficult time for our family and the hotel staff was such a blessing. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Like Family But Better! Family matters necessitated our extended stay in Mason City, Iowa. Our choice to stay at this Holiday Inn was based on past experience and, again, turned out to be a life saver! The staff at this hotel is exceptional. Any need we had was met quickly and with a smile; this staff has become our second family and it was actually sad to leave them. The heating system was quiet and efficient, unlike most hotel window units. We never heard outside noises. The kitchen area was well stocked. Breakfast was varied and high quality. Laundry facilities were clean and convenient. Excellent management, superb, well maintained facility, pleasant, professional staff, and large, sound-proof rooms, made our stay downright enjoyable!
