Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noise level high couldn't sleep at night. Staff didn't enforce notice level. Staff throwing out trash in dumpster outside my room at midnight with bottles busting. People running around hallways screaming and partying after hours. Front desk clerk was not cooperating. Second year staying here and even on third floor it was crazy. February 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, clean and comfortable The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the pillows. I had some studying to do and was able to complete my studies because the hotel was so quiet. The only noise came from the mini fridge, which I unplugged. February 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 very nice we had an excellent stay and enjoyed this hotel. We did not have a coffee table in our suite and would liked to have one. Very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed the breakfast and your host Maria. The rewards club number was incorrect. It was shown as #221095019, correct number is 390555048. Would like to have this corrected. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Will NOT stay here again I received no thank you for being platinum, the girl at the front desk would not even make eye contact, very rude. I had to ask for the welcome points. Just not a friendly place in general. When we brought up an issue that we had ( this is something they encouraged in a letter) we were disregarded like we did not have this issue. Hospitality is the name of the game in this industry I guess they forgot who the guest is. Found a marker and paper on the floor upon arrival... wondering what else was missed. In order to keep up to standards of the business a little professionalism would add a lot to your business. February 7, 2015
