The staff actually remembers us each year. Rooms are nice.. pool is great.. breakfast is excellent. Convenient to malls, just overall a great place to stay. April 27, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good staff, tired looking facilities, smelly rooms We had a number of problems during this 4 day, 3 night stay. Staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but when you return to your room after a long day at a wedding and discover that the maid had skipped cleaning it that day -- well, pretty aggravating as this happened in spite of my habit of tipping the maid daily. (no, I hadn't hung a "do not disturb" sign on the door). Staff tried to compensate, but we were very disappointed. I don't understand why it wasn't cleaned. Other hotels have a QC person who checks the rooms after the maid service is completed. I suggest that this HIE do the same. BTW was given a gift card to compensate me which hasn't worked the 2 times I tried to use it. That hasn't assuaged my aggravation in the slightest. IMO I have a contract with a hotel for a fully useable room. Room not clean then not compliant with the contract. Additionally, we rejected 3 rooms due to mildew and other unacceptable odors and finally settled out of frustration. Staff tried but not much can be done about the smell except to spray them and hope for the best. April 7, 2016
