Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Place I stay here every time I go to training at Epic. The shuttle service is fantastic. They go out of their way to bring you wherever and whenever you want. Other hotels have a schedule you need to follow but this place caters to your schedule. I can't say enough about the shuttle service it beats all others hands down. There is even a nice happy hour where everyone gets together for free beer and games in the lobby that is nice. The hotel is 5 minutes max from Epic headquarters. April 30, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very customer focused and great service. I have stayed at this hotel twice when traveling to the area for business. They really cater to those folks that are there for business, specifically those that are in Verona to attend training at Epic. The multiple shuttles to and from Epic is very convenient and not offered at other local hotels. They also provide dinner shuttles in the evening to area restaurants that makes getting out after a long day very easy. April 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The customer service was excellent Friendly advice, occupants should be reminded of noise levels and respect for other occupants. There was excessive door slamming, noise of a door slamming or dresser drawers slamming from a neighboring room. There was also loud music playing from a neighboring room. I understand it's a hotel and there will be noise but there should be some common understanding and respect by all customers. I don't blame the hotel, just the occupants for not being mindful of others. April 26, 2015
