By contrast to the rather staid and tired IC, the Indigo was updated, fresh and welcoming. The location of this hotel is simply fantastic for walking the city, and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. February 18, 2015

I booked two rooms at the Hotel Indigo St George over Christmas 2014 and was delighted with the hotel, staff, and service provided. It truly made our stay in Rome enjoyable and more than memorable. GREAT Location. EXCELLENT Staff; in fact, they began providing excellent service and support well before arriving at the Hotel Indigo. After contacting the Front Desk Manager (Antonio), and then front desk/concierge staff, I repeatedly received First Class service. They arranged a car to meet us at the hotel, which was on time and waiting for us. They arranged a private tour guide and tickets for entry in the Vatican Museum. Upon arrival, our rooms were ready and waiting. The restaurant staff were also excellent, providing us coffee upon early morning arrival. The lounge/bar staff were also excellent; they were super friendly and helpful as we visited them each evening for a drink and snacks before dinner. And hotel staff also booked dinner reservations for us as they suggested some outstanding restaurants. I can't wait to return to Rome for another stay at the Hotel Indigo St. George. January 8, 2015
