Great service, food and location

The hotel is very clean and neat. It is close to city. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. The staffs are good and very helpful.

My experience with the breakfast service was very disappointing. The eggs and sausage were cold and nearly gone by the time we arrived, and there were no cinnamon rolls or coffee available. When another guest politely brought this to the staff member’s attention, the response was rude and dismissive. Additionally, the toaster was broken, so we couldn’t toast any bread or bagels—leaving yogurt as the only real option.
To make matters worse, the attendant who was supposed to be managing breakfast was lounging across the front desk, chatting. When another guest asked her about food and coffee, she sighed and rolled her eyes. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. The lack of food options and the poor attitude from staff significantly impacted our stay.

Thsi is a very nice hotel and is about a 10 minute walk to MT Bank Stadium and 20 minutes to Camden Yards. The rooms are clean and have a mini-fridge, microwave, and safe. Parking is secure and easy to access. Breakfast was ok and choices were adequate.

Excellent location with friendly and experienced staff. Excellent customer service experience. I will recommend the hotel and also use them again.
Everything was great. The only thing I would improve on is making sure the the shower does not have hair from the previous person.

Great stay the remodel was good. The food was plenty full and the staff was very nice. They were plenty of towels and the room was comfortable temperature wise and so is the bed.

The hallways had a slight smell, one working elevator, the outside pool was no way ready to be used looked as if someone was working to cleaning it and ran into complications with the pool.

Hate to give a poor review but as far as this stay itself, it just wasn’t good! Staff were excellent and professional. Complex was OK. Arrived Thursday and room faced Russell St which is extremely noisy. Friday the whole 2nd floor filled with cheerleading squads under 18, there for a weekend competition event, so now loud outside and in! Staff were quick to assist and moved us to the 4th floor and away from traffic!…but…the heating unit’s blower (and it was a cold weekend) was cruelly loud when it kicked on! Let it slide and just chalked it up to one of those laugh at it later tales! Coffee was really good though as well as the morning meals available! I’m sure it would have been a better experience if not for our unlucky stay!

my overall experience was pleasant, I really appreciated the hospitality of the staff, and the atmosphere of the hotel, you all have a great staff from the front desk to house keeping, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who inquires, I'm from Baltimore but I live in Boston, I was visiting my family and friends and I needed a place to stay for a few days, the rates were alright and the quality was great

It was family stay. Spouse had bad experience previous day in another hotel. But felt comfortable and happy with this stay. Food was good and plenty. Staff was friendly and courteous.
