Room was clean and we received an upgrade to a spacious suite. There was a little noise from outside, but nothing that affected our ability to get to sleep. The staff was very friendly, detailed, and helpful. We enjoyed our quick stay and would certainly stay again when visiting the area.

Overall the hotel was in the perfect place. Close to the airport and close to where I needed to work. Main issue I had was one evening somebody was smoking and the odor consumed the whole 4th floor. I called down to the office and expressed my concern. They said they would send somebody up to check and spray the floor to help with the smell. I did not see or hear anybody come up and they didn't follow up with me or ask if they could spray my room as well. It was difficult to sleep that night.

Poor they need to do better
1))ceiling had a leak stain they didn’t paint
2))it smelled like pee the room
3)) the bathtub was not clean
4)) the ac was making noise all night

The 1st room we were in #414 , the floor was all saturated with water from the AC, they moved us to room 135. Horrible bed! Didn't get any sleep, wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the shower was nasty! They moved us again to room 143 which was alot better but still not up to Holiday Inn standards. Very disappointed. The front desk lady was very nice though.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff were attentive, the hotel was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was exactly what we expected, hot items available as well as freshly baked cinnamon rolls every day! We highly recommend this Holiday Inn!

From the outside the hotel looks decent. It is easily accessible from major expressways and airport. However, the rooms are very dated and dilatated. I did get a text asking about my stay and said that the pressure for the water was not good and the hot water slipped they said they would said maintenance in to check but I am not sure if it was resolved. The headboard of the one bed was starched profusely. The furniture was damaged throughout the room. I paid A LOT of money to stay here. Way too much. Not to mention the hotel was so over crowded.

We travel a lot with softball teams, and usually go with the Hampton Inn. This was our first experience as a team with Holiday Inn express, and everybody was impressed with the comfort of the lounge and the size of the rooms. The improved breakfast spread they offer is outstanding. The team was able to eat before our games with healthy options available that got their day started on track. Would definitely recommend.

We chose this hotel because we had a great experience at another Holiday Inn Express in NYC just a couple of days prior. We weren't disappointed! The standard room was spacious - quite a bit larger than other hotels, with a large flat screen TV and sofa. The room and the entire hotel were clean and well-maintained. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and located in a large area. The breakfast options were consistent with the other hotel we stayed in, ranging from scrambled eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes to pancakes, pastries, bagels, english muffins, yogurt, etc. Staff at reception were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very responsive, quick and friendly.

This hotel room was very dated, moldy, and had a very bad smell. I was moved to three different rooms the second night. The first room had a bad smell and the toilet needed to be plunged on the first night. The second room the shower faucet did not work and there was no hot water coming out of the sink. The third room has an extremely bad potential smell and there were cracks and a urine smell in the bathroom. The fourth room had cracks in all the way across the ceiling where the second queen size bed was and we found a bug crawling in the bed when we lifted up the sheet. All rooms smelt moldy and didn't not even look clean. This hotel needs to do serious renovations. I feel like I should have been fully refunded for the two nights because of this disaster of an experience.
