对于这次福州之行，福州世茂洲际酒店入住做一个简单的评价，酒店在茶亭附近，离商业街很近，酒店服务人员氛围很好，很热情～尤其是Amy美女，以及前台小哥Mr.chen，办理入住时，Mr.chen帮我升级了房型，很感谢!在入住期间，Amy女士非常客气，人非常热情!让我有宾至如归的感觉，住在希尔顿，就像在自己家里一样，真的非常感谢林先生!入住期间，嘘寒问暖，处理事情迅速，真的非常感谢～从她身上，看到了洲际集团身为酒店龙头企业的风采!同事也祝Amy女士前程似锦～

大使入住，基础房按照基本给了单人早餐和120元餐券，升级到高层行政房未给待遇。一家人出游，可惜好吃的早餐就我一人吃到了。早餐很丰富，还有福州特色早餐，非常棒。

My go to is Crown Plaza do we decided to experience the Intercontinental hotel as this is the Crown Jewel of IHG. Well I should have stayed with the Crown Plaza was not impressed with staff service or Hotel. It only takes a few bad apples to ruine and entire basket.

服务堪忧，在提前备注的情况下，对高等级会员生日无任何问候。
承接大量会展活动，外来人员非常多，而且极少有人带口罩。
对比之下，只有酒廊的服务还可以

酒店客房设施略老旧，建议翻新。服务，地段，价格都合适，性价比不错。
