We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus several times. The staff always greets like old friends and makes every attempt possible to insure our stay is pleasant and worry free. No matter what request we have put to them, they have always been able to accommodate us. Any issues (which are few and far between) are always handled quickly and done right. The breakfasts are always good and even when we push the time they typically shut down, they have always made sure we get just what we want.

We didn't hear any highway noise, and didn't hear any trains (a real issue in Columbus). The room was clean, attractive and comfortable. Thanks for the cookie.

The HI Express is by far the best hotel in town, and that's why it's a little bit spendy. If you're in town though, it's to see someone that has a negotiated rate with the hotel, so call for your reservation (don't book online) and ask for the rate of the company you're with or seeing.

My husband and I recently spent two evenings at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus due to adverse weather conditions, we commute to Columbus for work and the highway conditions were horrible. As it was very important not to miss work during this time we had several locations available to choose from but being Priority Club members meant that we would try the Holiday Inn and we are very greatful for choosing this location. I have absolutley no complaints and would definately stay there again.

This Holiday Express continues to shine. I stay at this hotel on business approx. four times a year. I only have two points where improvement could be made. The internet speed is slower than I am accustomed to a other hotels. The lighting in the bedroom could stand some improvement.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now in the last year and i will come back to it any time. The staff were great and hospitible to my whole family and catered to my small children nicely. Top scores all around.

Zero complaints about this Holiday Inn Express. Very clean & comfortable rooms, the breakfast is always great with plenty of variety.
