The staff always greets like old friends and makes every attempt possible to insure our stay is pleasant and worry free. No matter what request we have put to them, they have always been able to accommodate us. Any issues (which are few and far between) are always handled quickly and done right. The breakfasts are always good and even when we push the time they typically shut down, they have always made sure we get just what we want. April 30, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A bit pricey, but few other options The HI Express is by far the best hotel in town, and that's why it's a little bit spendy. If you're in town though, it's to see someone that has a negotiated rate with the hotel, so call for your reservation (don't book online) and ask for the rate of the company you're with or seeing. My husband and I recently spent two evenings at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus due to adverse weather conditions, we commute to Columbus for work and the highway conditions were horrible. As it was very important not to miss work during this time we had several locations available to choose from but being Priority Club members meant that we would try the Holiday Inn and we are very greatful for choosing this location. I have absolutley no complaints and would definately stay there again. March 10, 2013

I only have two points where improvement could be made. The internet speed is slower than I am accustomed to a other hotels. The lighting in the bedroom could stand some improvement.
