Venture to downtown Ventura, Serra Cross Park, and visit the Ventura Botanical Gardens to see plants from all over the world and beautiful views of the coastline. Then, head to San Buenaventura State Beach to take a stroll on the beach as you soak up the warm California sun. In the evening, head to Ventura Harbor Village to shop boutiques and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants.

There are several things to do in downtown Ventura. Start your day by visiting Mission San Buenaventura, which dates back to the 18th century. Discover the regional area at the Museum of Ventura County and explore its various galleries. Catch a show at the Rubicon Theatre Company, home to live entertainment like Shakespearean plays, musicals, and much more.

Make your way to Oxnard in the morning. Explore downtown and the historic district before visiting the Channel Islands Maritime Museum.
