Hotel is advertised as recently renovated, though the common areas are not and the carpets still look filthy (this is a near airport hotel with a lot of check-in/out). One member of staff at the [More] reception turned me down for room's availability as walk-in although me verifying online on the spot proved there were some: unacceptable. Issue was properly sorted by Management after bringing to their attention. Sleeping quality was great, although an early wake-up call took place with the nearby highway. Breakfast offered a large choice and sufficient supply. An honorable to stay still despite the issue encountered. [Less]

The tram stop was only an 8 minute walk for getting into town. Nice quiet hotel, lovely staff. Bar stayed open until the early hours which is great when you are on holiday. Would definitely stay [More] again. [Less]
