Pleasantly surprised

This being an oil field town and is having stayed in Multiple hotels in these little towns this was the best hotel we have stayed at to date. Conveniently located. Rooms you can tell have been [More] actually cleaned Thoroughly prior to guest arrival. Also liked how rooms have a micro, a full size fridge, stove and are fully stocked with plates, pans and utensils. [Less]

Best Staff Around!

When we had a problem with our room they went above and beyond helping us solve the problem. We reserved a Handicap Room with a Roll In Shower room and checked in around 9pm and realized the TV [More] didn't work and there was a machine that roared behind the wall where the bed was. We went to bed and made the front desk aware of the problem the next morning! They moved us to another room but allowed my husband use the shower in the other room for 5 days since that is the only one in the hotel. They gave us back our points for the night and comped one night! All of the staff were so friends and helpful the whole time we were there. We will use this hotel frequently since our children live 3 blocks away. Thanks to everyone at the hotel! [Less]

Poorly soundproofed rooms, but otherwise nice hotel

Everything at this location was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express and was perfectly fine - except how much sound leaked into my room. I could hear every vehicle in the parking lot, [More] every footstep in the hallway, and every word on the TV in the neighboring rooms. Monohans, TX has only 1 other option from a national chain hotel, and that hotel appears to book up faster, so this is pretty much your best option. [Less]
