I have styed here before. Convenient for the EU Commission buildings in Schuman, the Schuman transport hub and the bus from the airport (which is often quicker than a taxi).
The hotel has been kept up to date and the rooms, internet and staff are all great. THe restaurant is basic for dinner, but convenient and the staff were attentive.
Overall, one of my preferred hotels for an overnigjht stay in Brussels.

Very close to the underground. Some of the facilities have been renewed - reception, bar, bathrooms. Comfortable beds, and good room size.

Excellent staff at check-in/out and in the bar area. In the morning the breakfast was basic and was not replenished too well. Would recommend if staying in Schumann area

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tina L. Great service!
We stayed for two nights with family, we were upgraded to a junior suite room with a kitchenette which helped a lot with two kids in the room.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Snazzy A brief stay in Brussels
I booked this hotel as a package with a Eurostar ticket. I was impressed with the quality of the rooms although I was glad that I brought my own tea and coffee. The gym is basically poor with basically only 3 machines. The staff were friendly and efficient. I found the location great as it was away from the center but with excellent transport links.
Not a good location if you want to pop out for breakfast as on a Saturday and Sunday as all the usual cafes are closed- this is a business area.
Bars, restaurants and cafes are available a short walk away.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Xavi7 Convenient hotel for a family trip
Excellent option for a family trip to Brussels. The fact that most Holiday Inns admit 2 adults + 2 kids in the same room, with no price increase, makes it our favourite hotel brand when travelling with our kids. I will also highlight they are convenient, clean and simple, more than enough for kids. Additionally, the fact that kids dine for free is a great idea, which encouraged us to have dinner in the hotel.

Was about the most expensive hotel in Brussels for the night of my stay but used it because it was adjacent to my meeting the following day. Lift out of action and room was on the fifth floor!
