Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by when they cleaned the rooms, they were nice when they cleaned the rooms, they were nice, when I asked about the room not being cleaned, the front desk said that things happen...this is not the answer a customer wants to hear. When I checked out, I could not find anyone for 20-30 minutes and when he did show up, he told me that he had other duties...again, not something a customem wants to hear... June 30, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by decent hotel We had two issues during our one night stay at the hotel: 1- The AC temperature was slow to change so the room was a little too hot at night and took about an hour before it was cool again. 2- Some previous resident of our room left the iron damaged (melted nylon stuck on its surface) and when I used it it ruined my boyfriend's shirt. The front desk girl did come up when we told her what happened and offered us free breakfast and two free drinks as compensation. Overall it's a decent hotel, I only wish it had an outdoor pool June 24, 2015
