I have stayed more than 1,000 nights in Holiday Inns over the last 10 years and this one was definitely one I would recommend. Great hospitality!

I was most impressed with the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate every need. Although I had read some negative comments about the restaurant in the past, I must say someone has solved the problem. The breakfast was very nice and the selection of fruits as well as other items was great/\. Might recommend the addition of some juices to the selection. We also ran out of coffee every morning and had to wait. That should be an anticipated problem in the mornings. Overall, I was very pleased with all facets at Holiday Inn. Although I have been staying at another hotel in the east area of Montgomery, I believe I have found a new home.

My family stayed there one night departing on Easter Sunday. The amenities were fantastic and the decor was beautiful. The staff were polite, informative, helpful and professional. The pool was heated! The only issue we encountered was the "free breakfast". We were informed when we presented for breakfast that it would cost 9.95 per person. The reason: "We just started this today." We were told that they were handing out 2 breakfast vouchers per room but stopped prior to our arrival the night before. I did question the poor girl running the breakfast by herself but it was clear to me that she had no control over this situation, nor should she have to pay the price for a decision made by someone over her. She handled herself very professionally. I have no problem with this facility or staff, only with the false advertisement of a "free breakfast'.

I stay in hotels 4 days per week, 48 weeks per year. This week on my 1st nights stay at this hotel there were 4 charter buses loaded with teens. They must have all checked in between 10:00pm and 11:30pm. There were doors slamming and people shouting in the hall outside my door for at least and hour and half. I called to the front desk but got no answer. The next morning the lady at the front desk was rude and unconcerned when I expressed my displeasure. I have to say that the lady on 2nd shift, after 3pm, was very nice and apologized for my restless night.

Great staff, sevice, clean rooms. Bar area was nice they had great food and the drinks were very good. The beer taps are cleaned a lot you can tell because of he quality of the beer. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. My only complaint was that our TV wouldn't work all night and that there was some random $27 charge that we were not told about. It was a hotel service charge..????

Every aspect of my stay was as expected and very pleasant with the exception of the buffet breakfast. Food selections were limited, food was warm-cold and I was never served coffee after three requests. At the third request, my server pointed to the "to go" station by the front desk. Really?
