Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice to have evening meal offered. The room was nice and clean as usual in a Holiday Inn Express. This is the 1st time a meal was offered in all the years we have been staying with Holiday Inn. It was a pleasant surprise and a good meal. In August when we stayed we had pancakes offered @ night. In years past we have been offered cheese and wine or beer for an evening snack. This moved Holiday in to a whole other level for convenience. Thanks Holiday Inn for thinking of ppl traveling. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and hospitable I have been staying here for many years and I must say that it is the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff is totally new and different. The check in desk is new and looks very nice. They have a very nice lady that is part of the breakfast crew. She has a great personality and very friendly. Much nicer than the gentleman who has been there for too long!!! They even offered a room to room service of cookies and milk. This is a top notch Holiday Inn and I so look forward to visiting each month. Thank you Management and all the persons involved with making this one of the best places to stay!!! See you next month. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't live up to expectations We had several problems at this property. First when my wife went to check in the desk person gave her a really hard time since the reservation was in her husbands name. This in spite of the fact she had ID and the credit card used to make the reservation. We usually do not have that problem with similar scenario. It was very frustrating and time consuming. Also, there was confusion about which rooms were cleaned and ready for check-in. After being given a first floor room, we had to change to the second floor due to that confusion. Then, after she was finally able to check in, just moments after getting to the room with luggage cart, etc. the front desk called the room and asked her to move the car which she had just unloaded. When she arrived back at the drive through, there was no one else waiting to unload and there were only 2 cars in the entire parking lot at the time. And, the pool service truck was parked under the drive-through the entire time. It almost seemed like the front desk wanted to punish her for the difficulty with check. Otherwise, it's a pretty shabby way to treat a paying guest! Finally, the lighting in the room was terrible- very dim and dingy, and the thermostat was completely inaccurate. It was just a disappointing experience, not like what we usually find at HIExpress. August 7, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 2 trips - 2 different experiences I stayed here twice over two weeks. The first week was great. The second not as good. The door to my king reservation would not open and said the only option was a double. No apologies or anything just that is it, take it or leave it. The second floor had a bad smell so after the 3rd room I finally got an acceptable room. The staff, other than the one front desk clerk on the second trip were nice and other than the room on the second floor which smelled bad the rooms were acceptable. July 22, 2015
