作为连锁酒店品牌，一切办理入住、酒店设施、早餐品质、房间内的布置、干净卫生成成都都达到了一定的标准，客人较为满意；但细节之处仍需加强改进。

I recently visited Chengdu city and stayed at Holiday Inn Express Gulou. The staff are very friendly and offer help wherever they can. The hotel is in a prime location and you can get to major tourist attractions easily.

酒店地理位置很好，步行就可以到达春熙路、太古里、天府广场等，乘坐地铁就可以到达杜甫草堂、宽窄巷子、大熊猫基地等景点。早餐很丰富，甚至可以吃到饺子、油条，照顾了北方人的饮食习惯。
停车位充足，超高性价比

OLD fashion hotel. Need to update the environment.
Your VPN would be forbidden here.Also, the internet speed is really slow. Plus I had problem when I check-in. I had to negotiate with front desk long time to make sure that they agreed me to stay this hotel Due to the health safety regulation. At first time, they refused me to check in. Location is great, easy to find. Good price in this area.However, their bed mattress is so small. Meanwhile, the duvet is not much clean. looks like it used long time.
anyway, just Ok!

早餐非常豐富，房間也不小。
特別要稱讚前台員工Lili 鄧小姐
我第一天入住時已經幫我解決了房型的要求。
去完九寨溝回來再住，到的比較晚也很累，在車上拿完行李進去，她已經準備好了我這個訂單的入住資料，原來她在前台就看到外面的我，也幫我打印好了各個文件，我簽完名就直接上房了。感覺真的是非常專業！

Convenient Location - right in the heart of Chengdu, adjacent to popular destinations like Chunxi Rd. and Taikoo Li; but the neighborhood is quiet at night. Therefore, no need to worry about having quality sleep.
Value-added breakfast - The breakfast variety of choices was absolutely stunning! made my day!
The staff was friendly and check-in&out was efficient.
Overall, the best available IHG choice so far for me at Chengdu!
