Front desk was very attentive and friendly. I would do something with the AC / Heating as the wall units are noisy when running.

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower with really hot water(A big plus for me).

I stopped here on a trip and used my award points for a room. The desk attendant assisted me with booking by providing the number of points I had and the phone number to call since she was unable to book at the site for me using points. I ended up using the HEX web site and it was very easy. I have stayed at this hotel on business in the past and enjoy the easy access to the highway, shopping and restaurants in the area.

Have stayed here several times now and will continue to do so. Staff is always so nice and welcoming. I only travel to El paso on business so not sure of regular rates. Breakfast is good, rooms are modern and shuttle starts as early as 4:30am, very nice for early flights. Only downfall is there is no bar to relax and have a couple drinks to unwind. I will continue to stay during upcoming trips.

Booked a king suite, so that we would have a quite comfortable place to visit with family we had not seen since 2011. Was advised at check in that they had over booked and "oh so sorry" but to bad don't have that room for you. Because of this we ended up at a loud noisy restaurant which made our visit much less enjoyable than what it could have been.
After reviewing past reviews for this hotel I see where a another individual had the same issue. Is it just this hotel or the whole chain that has a problem honoring reservations. I have been a rewards member for several years and have never experienced this type of treatment. I am also wondering if we were treated this way because we are seniors? I would also like to know how often this happens.
