Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and New Furnishings were new. Room was clean. Overall good set up with a couch in my room and a small two-person table to eat on, along with a fridge. Bed was comfortable and no issue with noises. Only issue was one of my lights wasn't working, and the air conditioning system was making the room feel damp -- like the carpet felt a little wet/sticky. Made it a less than great experience. After a huge error made by IHG Jenks (which I will be writing a huge letter to them and online reporting)..... we were sent here. At first we were disappointed that it was further away from the ballfields... but then we went inside. Danny, one of the front clerks, was incredible! Very hospitable...very knowledgeable...one of the best I have had the pleasure of meeting. Then...we got a window view of the pond behind the hotel. My girls.... would spend the afternoon after the games around the pond with the ducks or even fishing to relax. They caught many and released them back which really helped relax them. Ducks, turtles, and geese were a plenty to enjoy and feed. The hotel is very new and well designed. The only glinch was one of the 2 elevators broke but the hotel had someone out within the hour trying to fix it. I will forever drive further away from the fields to stay at this location. Well done IHG..... this hotel is the only one I will return to!! Thanks Danny!! June 13, 2015
