Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Few Days! I am a walker and was pleased to find that there are neighborhoods nearby in which I could walk. Also, there were good places to eat in the area. In addition I found the hotel quiet, clean, and convenient. Though very close to I-40 I was amazed at how quiet it was in my room. The bed was terrific! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Next Time A Longer Stay This was a great overnight, from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. This property is in a great location, and even though it's near a lot of traffic, we heard no road noise. The breakfast area was spotless, and well stocked. Thank you again for helping to make our first trip to Greensboro certainly not our last! November 19, 2015

We knew when we walked in exactly what to expect - and we were definitely NOT disappointed!! Excellent staff! Excellent service! Excellent bedding (love the pillows!!)! Excellent breakfast! Coffee was back in a small alcove area so only one person could access at a time. This was also where the pancake machine was located so difficult to find and access. November 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and comfort Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was fantastic. Carpet looked like it was recently shampooed, with no visible stains. My room overlooked the parking lot, but we were able to have natural light without anyone being able to look into our 2nd floor room. The rooms above and beside us were quiet, as well as the hallway. Internet speed was great. The breakfast had a variety of foods and beverages. The staff was friendly and courteous and provided excellent customer service. November 16, 2015

Although our Roku problem was never solved, he tried by calling for help from the hotel supervisor, and then giving us the 800 number to call a technician. My son and I were in town to play hockey. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great pillows and warm towels The only two things I could think of to make my stay "perfect" would be: 1) the pet fee of $50 is too high May I suggest $25. Most hotels charge $15 to $20 unless it is a luxury hotel or motel that has a spa, etc. Also, I know this can't be changed but hopefully when new Holiday Inn Express's are built, you put in taller commodes. The potty's are so small and low to the ground. That is really the only two things as everything else was great! The assistant manager, Alan was so helpful on the phone and the nice young man when we checked in so welcoming. November 6, 2015
