Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not so clean When i went to the room, the first thing i notice was a dead cockroach on the carpet. I requested for a new room, the front desk was nice and gave me another room. When i went to the new room, the toilet was not clean (let says some one did not flush). This was a very disappointing stay. I checked out the next day. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one was definitely nothing close to the Holiday Inns standards i am used to. April 6, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Houston The outside appearance and entry were very nice, but my room was very dated with dark, stained carpet, furniture in poor condition, many areas in the bathroom that were stained or discolored, and the toilet did not work correct during the two day stay. The bathroom and toilet were reported to desk staff twice, not corrected. Not typical (or acceptable) for a hotel at this price point. March 20, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT STAFF MS Michelle and the front desk she was just perfect.She was able to get me a smooth ride from the airport to the hotel.I don't remember the shuttle drivers name but he gave me great information about the city and that was a big help to me.So I want to thank him for that,Ms Velvet I can't say enough about her she was just on point with everything that I needed.She deserves to be acknowledged by her Manager for providing exquisite customer service.Ms Torra Thank you so much for helping with retreiving my favorite jacket that I left in the room and thanks for the email letting me know that it was picked up.THANKS A MILLION !!!!!
