I overheard a couple requesting additional refills, whereas, no one should ever need to request anything. The kitchen staff should be attentive the entire duration of breakfast without fail. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELLENT PET FRIENDLY HOTEL Everything was wonderful. No complaints. Hotel staff very accommodating. Our MAIN requirements are safety, cleanliness, and that it be pet friendly. Often we have NO choice but to bring our furry kids with us. As responsible pet owners we are very concerned that we receive our room spotlessly clean and that we leave it the same way. Free breakfast and coffee anytime are great features. Fast food very nearby, too. This is our fourth stay in this hotel, for a total of 5 nights. We would and will stay again. Thanks so much. November 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Priced a little high - comfort/quality average value I like to choose Holiday Inn Express, because of the ease of convenience with checking in/out and available breakfast. Also, they always meets my standard expectations in that, I always know what I will get - no surprises. The quality and comfort are good and I have never had a bad experience at any location. I am a real consumer and like to have a fridge, microwave and coffee pot in my room - Holiday Inn Express meets this and makes my travel easy. November 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Overall Stay I was awoken at 12:15 AM to a man claiming to be hotel management. He claimed he needed a credit card for any possible damages that may occur during my stay. My response was you have a card on file to which he said he needed it anyway since this had to do with possible damage. I told the man I would come down to the desk in the morning to discuss the matter, in return he got angry and said he needed it right now. So I hung up and called the front desk and asked if they had just called the room and the answer was no. Anyway to make a long story short after discussions with the staff that night and next morning they met every expectation on the way they handled the situation. The only reason I mentioned this is to make people aware of another SCAM out there and never give any information to someone that calls you. The breakfast bar was excellent. November 4, 2015
