Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by great staff,shame about the food This was our second time here and although value for money it still hasn't resolved the issues from our last stay,how dissappointing to find the breakfast situation still the same,poorly set out and not a great choice,the mattress on the bed was extremely lumpy and old (although spotless ) and is only a standard double (too small ) no ironing facilities,nowhere to lock your valuables and no fridge, how simple this would be to implement . Useful location for nearby hospital in St. John's Wood, with local amenities all on your doorstep. Bedroom and bathroom adequate and breakfast very good. Car park at rear a real bonus. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Hotel with some refurbishment required First stay at this hotel as it was next to the tube and overground rail links. The hotel is close to shops and off the main road which can be noisey. Staff at reception are polite. I had got to the room and noticed a damp smell. Contacted reception for some air freshner which was supplied. I really think the cleaners should have sorted this out before allowing customers to use it. It may have been from the room corner behind the sofa where the carpet looked worn or damp. Filthy was my first thought as obviously the cleaners have not used a vacuum around the edges and behind the furniture. If they had cleaned properly they might have noticed. Breakfast was cold considering it was 0800. Checkout had problems getting an invoice so had to provide my email for a copy to be sent out and then a few days later had to call to remind the hotel to send me the invoice. Which they did. Not a hotel that I shall consider returning too. June 21, 2016

Cortesia, disponibilità del personale alla reception al primo posto, prossimità con metro, bus, overground e persino fermata dei bus da e per l'aereoporto fanno si che mi senta come a casa. Ho già prenotato per il mio prossimo viaggio. June 21, 2016
