Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A bit disapointing I had insisted that my colleagues and I were booked into this hotel as we were at the exhibition centre. The reason was I have always had a good experience from HI Ex. Unfortunately this was not a great experience. The staff tried but failed to be happy and upbeat. With the exception of the young lady behind the bar and one of the manangers, I felt everyone else was in training. There needs to be some meals of a night June 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Good stay in general except taxi calling service Room is comfortable and staffs are nice in general. However, pls allow extra time in calling taxi to avoid delay of the meeting as I requested for taxi before my breakfast, but the taxi was still not ready after I finished my breakfast 40 minutes, which obviously caused some delay to my meeting scheduled! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Like home From the first moment the Front Office staff makes you feel welcomed with their friendliness, they are open and helpfull and really multi-task!!. From the Managers to the Trainee they all cared about my necessities and if it's in their hands and it's possible they will help you in what you need. I must also name the Haustechnik, as he showed in some occasions which I need his help to be very efficient and caring, never loosing his smile. I could appreciate a big difference in the hotel appearance during this months. A lot of decorative changes which makes the hotel more attractive and cosy. I will totally come back to this hotel. After several time asking the staff brought the new cakes unwilling. the hotel staff was also not friendly. this is not the holiday inn quality which i knew before. May 19, 2014
