Great Stay! Hotel is updated and clean! Rooms are very nice - love having a fridge and micro. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great! Love coffee round the clock and flavored cream! Best place to stay in the area! Will come back again for sure!

Great hotel for a great price. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. They didn't clean the room on the second day for some reason. We had no towels and needed to go to the front desk for some. That would be my only criticism. Otherwise, very pleasant, clean hotel.

Very easy to find. The staff was very nice and personable. My room was very clean and I always check behind lamp tables and ceilings. The bathroom was the cleanest I have seen in a long time. I would more than happy to stay there again. Thank you.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, offered free coffee in the lobby. The breakfast included gluten free options, which I liked. I thought the room was a little pricey compared to other places I've stayed that were equally as nice. Had one small problem, when booking the room I received an email confirmation that we booked the romance package, including champagne and other items. I never requested the romance package and nor did we receive it. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they seemed baffled and said they didn't even have champagne in the hotel. They did offer to go out and buy some, which I declined.

The room was comfortable, but the hotel's wifi is so slow I tethered my laptop to my cell phone to use the internet, which was much faster.
Also, staff didn't recognize platinum members at check in. Since they were booked full due to a baseball tournament I didn't expect an upgrade, but they seemed to have the attitude that since they were booked full they didn't really need to do much.
