The room is very clean and spacious with up-to-date decor and nice furniture. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to customer needs. We always stay here when we are in the Sebring, FL area. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room was fine, but not the room I reserved. When I made my reservation, I reserved a king sized bed. Upon arrival/check-in I was put in a room with double beds. When I inquired with the front desk I was told there were no king sized beds available. So how does that work exactly? Shouldn't my reservation hold the room I specifically reserved? My reservation did say king, I checked to make sure. So I have to assume the rate I was billed was for a king. Should the rate have been changed since I wasn't given the room I reserved? Other than that, my stay was fine. With limited options available, this is probably one of the better places to stay in Sebring. My only hope is that in the future I will be given the room I reserve.
