Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Accommodations The Holiday Inn Express in Superior, Wisconsin exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was spectacular and roomy and the free breakfast offered many choices. The little touch of a greeting note by our maid Janice was nice - especially on our second day when she acknowledged our extended stay. The price of our Jacuzzi suite was affordable. Upon check out, the staff assisted with signing us up for the rewards program. Overall Excellent Stay! May 18, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Welcome stay after a long day of driving. We had an enjoyable night's stay and were extremely pleased with everything at this hotel. Desk clerk at check in was pleasant and friendly. There was a lady cleaning in the lobby area the next morning that was also friendly and enjoyable to visit with. The breakfast offered was very good with lots of nice choices. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. May 11, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience I couldn't cancel my room even though it was almost 2 weeks in advance. They said I could only change my reservation date, so I did that. They then charged our card more AFTER we left and never told us that was going to happen. When we called, they said it was because I switched to a more expensive weekend. May 7th......really? Big holiday? Instead of holding our card for any incidentals that happen, they automatically charge it and wait to see if everything clears (like long distance phone calls etc). Again, never said that was going to happen. I left a message for the manager to call me and never received a call. Very poorly ran. May 11, 2016
