Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 1 night Room was not what we booked. Got in had one bed with 3 adults and a baby. Got hit with extra person charge. Could not get the room we booked online. Pool was out of service. We had literally dozens of flying little bugs dead on the AC in our room. When the doors outside our room closed it was loud and would wake you. We could have stayed elsewhere cheaper but we gave this one a try and it did not work out. April 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly helpful staff From the time we checked in until we checked out, the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They went out of their way to introduce us to the area as regards dining choices and things to see that would interest us. The entire hotel and our room were clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were entirely satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back ! April 21, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and comfortable bed Wonderful place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the pillow was perfect, the hotel was quiet and access to wifi was included and excellent. Great breakfast options in a lovely dining/great room area. Employees at the front desk were very nice and attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. April 14, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Desk Clerk Not Perfect Everyone we interacted with was great, housekeeping, breakfast staff and even manager. The desk clerk was almost rude. Never asked about being a Rewards member. Messed up our reservation which had us only staying one night instead of three. When contact with general manager was made it was a great experience. But because of the desk clerk I will look for other options on return trips. You may not have these issues and other than that the hotel was good. April 3, 2016
