In general the hotel is excellent. Location is excellent for down town Baton Rouge. However I suggest avoiding the restaurant completely. Service is awful.

Stayed here on March 12, 2015. Stay was great during both check-in and check-out. Eddie and Jeremy were excellent hosts. Room was comfortable and convenient to downtown area. Staff as whole very friendly. I would recommend staying here if in Baton Rouge.

This is the worst establishment that I have the displeasure of staying. The valet service stuck a strangers things in my brand new car less than a week old. Instead of an apology, I got a justification for poor behavior. The Internet was impossible, and the service in the restaurant was non-existent.

I've stayed at another Hotel Indigo so was not surprised at the friendly and efficient staff. We arrived late and tired and the staff was very responsive to our needs. The restaurant was okay but the service was a little slow and there did not appear to be enough waitstaff. The room was nicely furnished.

My company flew in an entertainment team from Los Angeles for an extended stay at The Indigo. Angelenos working in film can be quite demanding when it comes to their hotel accommodations. Well, they were blown away by the service, the room and the staff at The Indigo. Kudos to the entire hotel staff for making their stay so wonderful. Our team said they would be upset if we didn't book them again at the Indigo upon their return to the city! Thank you, Cindy for making the reservations and thank you to everyone else who offered such exceptional hospitality!
