If i go back to the same hotel then there must be really something good with it. Most likely the service, cleanliness, location on top of that list. You should try it too!

We have stayed at the IHG property two times and both times were great experiences. The staff at the property are very helpful, friendly, kind and ready to help you in any way that you need them. The font desk staff take the time to work with you and provide you with the services you need. We were especially impressed with Luis, Angela and Leslie. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and always willing to help. The food service people were very friendly and efficient in waiting on you and getting orders to you quickly and efficiently. We worked with Kelly, John, Elazor and Connor. Kelly always had a smile on her face and wanted you to be happy. Stephanie was another staff member that helped us and talked with us and we enjoyed her company.

Walking distance to Disney Springs - easy to grab dinner with a variety of choices for everyone. Super clean, modern, brighly lit lobby. Fun for everyone - hopscotch sticker on the floor and Droid with backdrop for photos, lemonade and cookies to keep the hangries away before dinner. View of the Fireworks from the balcony and early entry into them park was the icing on the cake.

For the cost of the room stay plus "resort fees" I expected for breakfast to be included. Also rooms and hotel in general requires to be cleaner

It is a close and convenient walk to Disney springs and the complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks was a huge benefit. The rooms were clean and the service excellent. It has the benefits of staying at a normal Disney resort with the calm and relaxing atmosphere of staying at a normal hotel.

Great staff. Pool area was good. Room was large. Bathroom a tiny bit dirty and tired. Food was reasonable and good. Transpo to area parks was a plus. Would absolutely stay here again.

Love staying here. We enjoyed all the surrounding entertainment and food choices. The location is unbeatable and the value offered is without doubt the best in the area. We will definitely be back soon.
Great Disney-partner Experience

This was our first Disney partner hotel experience when all the affordable on-site resorts were booked over President's Day weekend. We had a very positive experience in our three nights/two days at Disney. The contracted shuttle system worked well for us (except we arrived too late the first night to secure an early spot on the shuttle for early hours at the first park, so we used a shared-ride app). It's a nice, easy walk to Disney Springs. My kids loved the glass elevator and being on the 12th floor.
