Nice hotel. POOR breakfast and a £20 to park!

Room and staff very good. Hidden £20 charge for parking. Breakfast was terrible. Food my partner had was gross. Too many people and no food. Cold coffee and tea. Staff just blaming delivery. Choose because site said 0.3m to the O2...this is true if you can fly ! If not its a £35 Uber and £60 to return after the show or a nice short 2 hour walk !

close to underground station. 5 mins walk. on site parking. good quality beds and bathroom. air conditioning excellent. wifi excellent. staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast good quality. enjoyed our stay

A clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the amenities were just right for a relaxing stay with kids. Overall, a good and decent place for families looking for a convenient and safe location

Très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix! Nous reviendrons car l'hôtel est facile d'accès, proche de la city en métro (15 minutes), et proche de greenwich ! Le staff sympathique et gentil. Chambre spacieuse avec théière café, thé. Salle de bain ok avec un système de porte qu'on ne voit qu'à Londres :-) ! Normalement il y a 2 ascenseurs, lors de notre séjour(début juillet) un seul fonctionnait, l'autre était en révision(dommage de choisir cette période chargée), beaucoup d'attente au moment des check in quand il faut monter avec ses bagages. Pou descendre on peut prendre les escaliers.
Petit déjeûner varié et très bon ! staff hyper agréable et très serviable. Peut être pourriez vous proposer aux touristes de débarrasser leur couverts, assiettes et verres sur un comptoir, ou un chariot pour faciliter leur travail et rendre les touristes un peu plus responsable car certains n'hésitent pas à tout laisser n'importe comment sur la table.

De kamers met tapijt zijn ruim , gezellig en goed onderhouden .(elke dag reiniging en nieuwe handdoeken ) . De receptionisten zijn erg vriendelijk . De afstand tot het openbaar vervoer is niet te ver ( busstop =5' , metro =10') . De buurt is erg verloederd , afval ,..
Het ontbijt is minimaal en op de drukke momenten kan het personeel het aanvullen en afruimen bijna niet bijhouden .

Nice location, good breakfast, a bit croudy in restaurant, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, price-quality. One disappointing thing was type room, they gave us double, not twin room with two beds ss it was requested in booking

Stay anywhere else bar here , the car park is too small. The staff are young & inexperienced. Their customer service skills need improving. This is not a cheap hotel , so you expect more for your money.

I specifically called the hotel ahead of time and asked them to hold a twin room for three nights. They promised me on the phone it was reserved. That was literally the only reason I chose to come here.
Then I arrive after traveling all the way, and they tell me, basically with a shrug, “Oh well, phone reservations don’t actually guarantee anything. We only have double rooms left.”
Seriously? If you’d just told me that on the phone, I would have booked somewhere else. Don’t lie to people to get them in the door and then say “too bad” at check-in. That’s dishonest, manipulative, and completely unprofessional.
What really made me furious was the so-called “manager” (around 40 years old) who was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I tried explaining calmly and asked if there was any solution. She just stared at me coldly and said there was nothing she could do, with this smug, condescending attitude that basically screamed “You can’t do anything about it.”
No apology. No effort to help. Just pure arrogance. For someone in the hospitality industry, her attitude was disgraceful.
Thankfully I had my action camera running on my chest—I recorded the entire interaction and I’ve posted the video online. Plenty of people who’ve seen it are appalled by how rude and dismissive she was. I also plan to share this with the hotel’s head office so they can see exactly how their “manager” is ruining their reputation.
Honestly, this is shameful for any hotel, and a complete embarrassment for London’s service industry.
Dishonest, rude, arrogant—this hotel has it all. Don’t believe them if they say they’ll hold your room. They’ll just bait you in and tell you tough luck when you arrive. I’m beyond disappointed and absolutely furious. Never again.

Convenient location, but v disappointed I was initially allocated a windowless Bedroom.
Breakfast was crowded and noisy with key items not being refreshed frequently enough.

Very disappointed with the hotel, over an hour delay with room availability and had to queue 3 times in long queue to get to reception desk with other guests waiting for their rooms to become available.
Breakfast was a complete non starter, no food, no cutlery , no glasses for cold drinks not even a mug available for coffee,

Good stay and friendly staff however not coming back due to the fact that the hotel is using hard water
