Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great surprise i have stayed at this hotelon a few occassions now, the first time we stayed we had issues with a noisy air con unit in the room and the sleep wasnt the best. the management were made aware of it the following morning and i was offered a room upgrade on the next booking. fantastic quiet room and i was well looked after. the very last time i stayed i had a terrible time getting through gatwick and i arrived at my hotel after 1am, i was very tired and the frontdesk were very swift dealing with me as they could see i just wanted my bed. a very nice surprise was that they had upgraded me again to a executive suite and i must say it was very welcoming. i had a great nights sleep and got up early to take my car which was parked there and eventually returning home. Excellent service all round and a nice clean room with a great bed. Thank you. Ps. i got gold status after this stay. Woohoo!!!! September 12, 2014

Always find the staff good and hotel is comfortable. best of all we get a great package on hotel and parking which means we can use Gatwick for cheap flights. September 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hit and Miss Having stayed at the Crowne Plaza Gatwick Airport for most of the past two years, i feel that i'm well qualified to comment. I have found that dependent upon whom is on the fron desk depends on what service you get, as a Platimum card holder you would expect a slightly different approach from the staff yet it's hit and miss more regually a miss. The food menu could be better with at least a monthly special. Allocation of upgrade rooms again hit and miss more who you know rather than following a procedure that is applied to all. Overall it's aplace to place your head at night, local to my place of work, foods average at best there is a service charge with everything, even standing at the bar and ordering a drink you recieve a service charge how can that be. OK for one night stays while waiting for that holiday flight to destinations a new, not a place to stay for any length of time. September 9, 2014
