Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was especially comfortable. Bathroom was always spotlessly clean and both the room and bathroom always smelled fresh and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Having the breakfast start at 5:30 A.M. fit right into my busy, early work schedule. Since I will be working in the Cheyenne area frequently; this will be my place of choice to stay. June 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Value This hotel provided a clean comfortable room, excellent friendly staff and a very good value overall. The breakfast area was one of the largest I've seen for an HIE property and food quality was very good. The biggest drawback unfortunately is the proximity to the Union Pacific railway so for light sleepers the train horn and noise may be problematic. I was on the hotel side closest to the tracks so perhaps back rooms may be quieter. This con is not the hotel fault's and I'm sure guests in other nearby hotels also have the same complaints. Overall considering room comfort, amenities and staff, I would certainly stay there again recommend highly to others. June 8, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overpriced + rude front desk staff Dropped in off the interstate. The parking lot was near empty and walked in expecting a decent deal as I normally get at many other HIEs across the country. Instead, I walk in and see a front desk person sitting in clear view of the front but taking her time finishing up texting on her phone before coming up to wait on me. When she did, it was obvious I had interrupted something much more important. The check-in experience was FAR from pleasant. There are other hotels close by but I was too tired just to walk which I would have done pretty much any other time. May 17, 2013
