Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Carla48 Dirty room broken air conditioner
Our room was dirty, uncomfortable and the airconditiner was broken. We requested help several times as it was hot and miserable in our room. We were offered a box fan to keep us cool. The sheets felt sandy and gritty and the bathroom floors were dirty

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by mleissner79 King Suite with Bunkbeds was awesome.
Rooms were nice and clean. We were there the week after spring break so the hotel was pretty empty which was great. The gentleman that checked me in greated and thanked me by my name and checked me in in less than 5 min which was wonderful because I had a carful of tired and cranky kids. They loved the bunk beds and I was not afraid to let my baby down on the carpet. We had plenty of room in the second room to put her pack-in-play and the kids still had plenty of room to play. We did want to rent a movie and couldn't figure it out so we just assumed they didnt offer that but which was fine there was plenty of other channels to find something. Breakfast was wonderful there was an attentant there cleaning tables and refilling food. Our exerience was great and we will be returning as we went for the water park and our kids really enjoyed it as well.

Our stay was an overnight stay on the week of spring break. No linen for the sofa bed, when I asked for it, it was for a king size bed, no extra blackets for bed or the sofa bed. Ask for them was told they were in the dryer and would be ready in an hour, hour later they didn't have any more.
Breakfast: we get there, not enough food pancakes was taking to long to come out the machine. The dining room area was filthy, no one to pick up nor clean tables as people were leaving. Overall experience was not very good. Will not be returning or recommending you.
I understand it was spring break but you all should have provided enough staff and supplies for the customers.

We enjoyed our short stay with the hotel and waterpark package. The only negative was sometimes a shortage on towels due to the high demand from waterpark. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Texasdude10 Great location with Zoo Water Park
I am a priority member and have never been treated so poorly upon check-in. Waited for room for over two hours with no problem as we were enjoying the water park. But my husband had to set in the pickup with luggage as we were told there was no place for them to put it. Never encountered this problem before. Then he got the room and his exact words were I have never had to stay in such a dirty room. There was oily places all over carpet and bathroom floor. The tables were sticky the sheets had some kind of spots on them either they had not been changed or they did not get washed. I went and asked for towels for pool and was told she didn't have time to dry them. She only had unfolded bath towels which I said they don't need to be folded. Then I ask for clean sheets and said I don't want to complain and she said why not every body else is. I'm just real concerned with the staff. This is such a great place to bring the kids and I know I certainly would love to come back often. But I will not stay here until things get changed. I have always enjoyed being a priority member and having a great stay. This was not.

My wife and I have been priority club members for along time 12 or 13 years. We have stayed at Holiday Inns all over the country and abroad. The Holiday Inns are always very similar in design and comfort. There were a few things in Clinton that were quite different. The first is the fact that we were at the front desk three times during our stay and we were never identified as priority club members. This is a first for us because the staff always mentions the fact that we are priority club members. Some hotels even go as far as to offer an upgrade without us asking for it. We did ask for an up grade because all we could book online were two beds. They upgraded us to a king and one employee said to the other that we were staying on points. That was as close as being recognize as priority club members as it got. The second when we came back to the hotel it was late we asked about the frozen dinners. I know not my favorite either but we were hungry. They were kept in the freezer in a back room which was fine but it seam to be a real bother for the person waiting on us. We have had cokes and snacks out of the snack bar on many occasions and we are rarely charged for the items. I don't mind paying for the items but $12.00 for two lean cuisines seams high. Third when we got back to the hotel the front parking lot was pretty full the back parking lot was empty and we were staying on the back side of the hotel so I decided to park in the back. Nice well lit parking lot with two doors to enter the building problem being neither door had keyless entry so we had to go to the front. I drove to the front because it was raining we found there were indeed a couple of parking spots so we parked and went in. Just an observation on our stay I am sure we will be back there again. Thank you
