Stayed for a night in the corner suite. Very pleased with the modern and fresh room with an amazing view. Club lounge made our stay a very memorable one also. Had a really wonderful weekend in Yokohama at this property. Brand new and impeccably clean hotel. Location is prime and the rooms are very spacious and modern, bathroom layout was especially [More] impressive. Overall a very nice, brand new hotel. Attentive, polite and flexible staff making the stay a very memorable stay. The rooms are exemptions for this price. They even offer egg Benedict for breakfast [More] in the morning, on request. Not normal in Japan. They only negative is the early last order time 19:30 amid Corona. [Less]

All staff were courteous and efficient, the restaurant chefs skilled and the COVID measures very good. Airconditioning was a little noisy, as was the young family in the adjoining room whilst trying [More] to sleep... It was only a one night stay, so we didn't mention anything about the A/C until checking out. They apologized and said they'd look into it. Overall, we were happy with our stay. [Less]

We stayed during covid-19 and felt very safe during our time at the hotel. We were given an upgrade and late check-out which was highly appreciated.
