being a brand new property, I do understand that they still are not up to speed on the service standards and the staffing of the hotel. However, from the moment I checked in, I have complained about
the AC in the rooms. I stayed there for two nights and I just couldn't sleep with the temperature being 26. I was sweating all night and honestly couldn't get the rest needed to function the next day. after the first night, I spoke to the management and they assured me that they will fix it. as I come back from work, I spoke to the manager again and she said it should be all good now. I go up to my room and the temperature is 25. oh its MUCH better, right???
I kept complaining but with absolutely no success. 2nd night was the same. and I just couldn't take it anymore. I checked out and went elsewhere. just before leaving, I gave my feedback to the hotel manager who agreed to make it to up with points 5k per night. its now 4 weeks later and no points were added to my account. she hasn't even responded to my email inquiry about the points.
