Parking I came in after 9 pm on a Friday night and I had to park in the rear of the building. there was a large crowd of teenagers gathered in the McDonald's parking lot right next to the hotel. I was concerned about the safety of my car. Perhaps a fence can be put up? September 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by friendly staff Check in is always quick and efficient, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is average. It would be nice if there was plain greek yogurt (instead of the sweetened yogurt) and a better fruit selection. Also, it would be nice to have the option of soy or almond milk instead of just the non-organic regular mik. The shuttle drivers are friendly and willing to give a ride to many local restaurants September 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Stay My hotel stays throughout the year are numerous. I have never written a review until now. The quality of the room at the Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights compels me to do so. Having driven many miles earlier in the day and having numerous meetings throughout the day I was exhausted by the time I arrived at the hotel mid-afternoon. All I wanted was a comfortable and clean room. I received neither. The young lady who checked me in was very nice and she secured me early check in. The bed was dated and very uncomfortable. The real issue however was the odor of the room. The mold smell in the dirty carpet was so strong I literally was coughing and sneezing all night. I have stayed at hotels that have had slight mold smells in the carpet. This was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I could not believe the staff would rent this room. I'm curious if other rooms were similar. I was too tired to go through the process of requesting another room. I simply will chalk it up to a lesson learned and where to avoid staying in future visits to the area. Regards, September 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by perfect stay Dear all staffmembers and shuttledrivers. We would like to thank you for a perfect stay. Room was perfect, bathroom clean and big, enough towels. Receptiondesk-employees are very helpfull and friendly, not 1 question from us was funny, or strange. Great help with confirming our flight back and our shuttle to the airport. Every receptiondesk-employee was a perfect host. Great. The shuttledrivers where really kind, every ride was accepted even going to Dollar tree and Postoffice :) Your driver Guy is perfect. We sure a thinking of coming back very soon. September 21, 2015
