Hotel was a bit off the beaten path but in a beautiful setting. the drive through the Neighborhood was a little rough and run down but the hotel was very nice.
Would dbe happy to stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel during a few days it was 80 degrees outside. We could not get the air conditioning to be below 78 degrees. It was miserable and we could sleep for two nights, we finally left to find a new hotel. We were told that the chillers were being turned down after several managers needed to be contacted, but for such a huge building, we had no idea when we would feel any difference. The shower was very difficult to use. Also, construction in the lobby was disappointing since we really needed an area to meet people and the rooms were a bit on the small side. The breakfast staff was not very good or attentive. On the positive side, the front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, free cookies in the lobby and the rooms were very quite.

The hotel was in a great location in town, walking distance from many establishments. The rooms were very updated, plenty of plug outlets, which I often find missing in hotels. The bathroom looked dated, but the hotel was under renovation and that may have been an upcoming step in the update. The only issue I truly had was parking. Parking is limited and poorly marked and on my last day I had to park a half a block away, which is not something you want when packing up to leave. Great staff, location, and general ambiance, but there is more to be desired from the bathroom design and parking.

Hotel is always great the staff is awesome. Scott remembered me from last year. The only issue every year is the Restaurant Bennigan's. Once again the food and staff was BAD!! We went in for dinner about 5pm on Sunday there was one other table, first the server could not find the bartender to get our drinks, had to wait a good 10 minutes, then they were out of the Monte cristo sandwich and the server didn't know it, then when the food came the wrap had chicken in only one half of it and none in the other half. Every year we try it and its the same thing server seemed like he might have been new not 100% sure.

Unfortunately, I had some long days during my stay and was unable to utilize the various amenities offered by the QCHI. With that said, the hotel room was clean and quiet. Definitiely could see that the hotel was recently updated with TV, furniture and carpeting. Lobby was still under construction, but it'll look great once everything has been completed. Within walking distance to plenty of eateries and social establishments. On property parking is limited, with the city parking ramp (across the street) the backup. It's free and the extra 100 steps to the lobby didn't bother me.
