Не понравилась система купонов на бесплатный завтрак, а также сотрудница работающая на завтраках, очень навязчивая и контролирующая каждого гостя, кто что берет, прямо смотрела каждому в тарелки, когда накладывали еду, что было очень не комфортно. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent value, great service! We stayed here for a family vacation visiting Washington DC. The one thing that really stood out about this place is the service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service is usually prompt and given with a smile. The staff really makes this place. In terms of the actual facility, I would have to be honest and say it is not one of the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever been to, especially disappointing is the lack of variety at breakfast. We stayed for 6 nights and every day the breakfast was the same. Other locations would usually switch up the meat (sausage vs. bacon) and provide other variety to the offerings. Again, not anything against the staff, which were helpful and super hard working to replenish the items and cleaning up. Pool was only outdoor, but it was hot enough while we were in town to use. Opens kind of late at 11am, so not possible to get a swim before heading into city. Room is average, nothing spectacular, but everything was comfortable. Our room was close to the elevator, I did hear the "dinging" from the elevator occasionally, but nothing too annoying. Location is great, about 2 mins drive to the Metro station, again, hotel provides a shuttle, and the Metro ride is about 20 minutes into city center. I agree with other reviews that the immediate area lacks restaurants, but when we inquired about restaurants at the front desk, we were offered a sheet with a list of choices and very good driving directions. We did manage to find decent food choices with that information. Overall, I would say this location is a great choice if you want to save some money and visit Washington DC on a budget. This location was significantly cheaper than staying in the city and has free parking. August 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room and Bath First let me say, I love staying at Holiday Inns' Express. It's actually my "go-to" Hotel when I have options to stay at others. I'm always impress with the service and cleanliness of the Express until now. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Exp-Andrews/room 321--and had one of the worst experience I've had in a hotel. Day 1, carpet was wet from the AC unit to the desk/TV area...maybe from a recent cleaning caused by the previous occupant. After the 2nd day, it dried to an acceptable condition where my socks and feet were no longer getting wet. Toilet had trouble flushing..often times I had to repeat flush just to get it to drain. Shower head had a spewing leak where it soak the bathroom floor. Attempted to alert the front desk but during the time I called..I was placed on hold so I alerted a staff member..bottom line, I had to live with it all week. My schedule there was tight, so I didn't follow up like I should have. Now, despite all that happen, I would still choose the Express over the other hotels when given the option. Thank you and please fix the toilet and shower head in that room and also, accept my apology for not doing my part in pursuing the issue. I know you folks are busy and you do not have to reply back..I just wanted you to know to avoid any blemishes on this great hotel chain. Thanks again for allowing me to comment. August 13, 2015
