Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No Platinum Status Recognition Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and in a good location. Only issue we had was with the front desk staff at check in. No recognition of our Platinum Status at all. We were not offered a welcome package with snacks and water or the option of receiving 500 points if we did not want the welcome package. June 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Internet and Room access breakfast bar The internet service was not wireless. Took quite a bit of time to get in, and once in it was slow. The room was very far from elevators, so taking travel bags for several day visit was not easy. There was a trolley to haul but getting in and out of elevators was not very convenient. As for breakfast bar--we did participate because it is entirely of starch and sugar, with some fruit. No protien, however the coffee is very good. June 24, 2014

The facility and staff were both fine and parking was the best I've run into in Holiday Inn Express or anything similar. Overall, excellent stay in California. June 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Met our Expectations and then some! Everything about our stay was excellent, from check in to check out! Room was clean and quiet. Air conditioner worked great. The fridge and microwave in our room was a great perk as well. We really enjoyed the many choices of the breakfast buffet. Far more than the few cheap pastries that you see at some other hotels. Tabitha was very friendly and took care of all our needs. She suggested area attractions to us which was helpful. She seemed to enjoy her job which showed in her pleasant, cheerful manner! We enjoyed getting a daily newspaper as well. We would certainly stay here again. June 22, 2014
