Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bedding The only issue I had with my stay is that they pillows and mattress was too soft. As if just being worn from so much use. A good thing for the hotel because they stay busy. Just recommend replacement of pillows and mattresses based on fair wear and tear. Someone from management should just test random rooms for mattress and pillow comfort. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and was quit comfortable. August 29, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by alarm stystem Both nights we were at this hotel their alarm system went off EVERY hour and I mean a SHRILL sound of 4 beeps!!! Was horrible. The first night I called down to the desk and they said they had something faulty going on and would fix it. The first one went off at 7 p.m. and every hour after that until 2 a.m. in the morning. NOW try sleeping through that. I was a little "upset" and mentioned it to the front desk because we had considered changing hotels for the 2nd night. They assured me it was fixed., WRONG - 2nd night at 8 p.m. it went off again. No apologies and for sure no offer of a comp night!!! BAD, BAD, not up to this chain's standards. This has made our last 2 stays at Holiday Inn Express hotels across the U.S. unacceptable. So the next night on the road we obviously changed to another hotel chain. Sorry, Holiday Inn Express but if the hotel had offered to comp us in any way it would have been different. We have used Holiday Inn Express hotels for years and have redeemed free rooms from points, so we have stayed at a lot and have never had one who would not offer something for nights of no sleep!!!!
