front desk bad attitude

Front desk girl, that checked us in has bad customer service. Refuse to respond to our questions, told us to wait until she either finish typing, or photcopying. Doesnt communicate on how we want our 2 rooms and does everything on her own will without even consulting or talking to us. Refuse to answer anything as she claims she's too busy.
Next day another arrogant girl at front counter, we approached, and excused ourselves politely, she blatantly ignored us whilst looking at her screen, until other staff saw it and helped us instead. 2 rude front desk girls, with no manners and customer service... Never seen such rude front desk people, who refuses to answer questions and ignoring guests when approached.

This was a very short, but pleasant stay. The hotel is in excellent condition, very clean, and it has everything you would expect from an international hotel. The room was big, comfortable, clean and had a great view. Facilities were excellent. I had a good sleep and a great breakfast with a variety to fit any taste.
The staff was very friendly.
Would book again.

It’s a nice clean comfortable bed to sleep. Restaurant service need special attention ie replenish food and drink sufficient for their guests
